How was the Eat to Lose program developed?

Clients are required to list their favorite foods prior to their initial consultation. Andi can customize a diet plan that addresses your authentic food cravings.
What are the goals of the Eat to Lose program?
Because 90% of weight loss results from dietary changes, this program is very effective. Busy schedules and a healthy relationship with foods are the primary goals. Being prepared with approved snacks during the day and the ability to make healthier food choices, along with portion control, will keep you on track as you watch the pounds melt off.
Food cravings and emotional eating issues are welcomed topics of discussion. Andi Holyfield has personally developed (and tasted) recipes to meet any food craving. All foods suggested on this plan are available at your local grocery store. You will not be required to purchase any foods or supplements from Eat To Lose, Inc.
What should I expect during the 6 week program? The initial session will last approximately one hour. Andi Holyfield will complete a full assessment of your dietary needs and tastes as well as a medical history. Long-term goals are based on your Body Fat % and will be determined during this meeting. Upon completion of the initial session, clients will receive a personalized guide with a suggested grocery list, sample menus, and a customized diet plan. By the end of the 3rd week, the program will be modified further due to an increase motabolism. Andi will monitor your Body Fat and adjust your program so you do not over eat. In addition to most clients losing one size by the end of 3rd week and 2-3 sizes by the end of the six week program, they also decrease body fat by 4-6%.
