How was the Eat to Lose program developed?
All recommendations on the program are based on the most advanced medical information, weight management, and wellness research available. Clients are required to list their favorite foods prior to their initial consultation. Andi can customize a diet plan that addresses your authentic food cravings.

What are the goals of the Eat to Lose program?
Because 90% of weight loss results from dietary changes, this program is very effective. Busy schedules and a healthy relationship with foods are the primary goals. Being prepared with approved snacks during the day and the ability to make healthier food choices, along with portion control, will keep you on track as you watch the pounds melt off.

Food cravings and emotional eating issues are welcomed topics of discussion. Andi Holyfield has personally developed (and tasted) recipes to meet any food craving. All foods suggested on this plan are available at your local grocery store. You will not be required to purchase any foods or supplements from Eat To Lose, Inc.

What should I expect during the 6 week program? The initial session will last approximately one hour. Andi Holyfield will complete a full assessment of your dietary needs and tastes as well as a medical history. Long-term goals are based on your Body Fat % and will be determined during this meeting. Upon completion of the initial session, clients will receive a personalized guide with a suggested grocery list, sample menus, and a customized diet plan. By the end of the 3rd week, the program will be modified further due to an increase motabolism. Andi will monitor your Body Fat and adjust your program so you do not over eat. In addition to most clients losing one size by the end of 3rd week and 2-3 sizes by the end of the six week program, they also decrease body fat by 4-6%.

Do I have to buy Eat to Lose foods?

By following the Eat to Lose program, you will be practicing habits like portion control and learn how to read food labels. Andi Holyfield, LDN, R.D., will provide menus and grocery lists for you to purchase foods at the local grocery store. As your comfort level grows, you will learn how to plan your own menus at the end of the 6-week program.

Do you have a pediatric program?
Yes, Eat to Lose counsels individuals ranging in ages from 3 to 110 years old! Andi Holyfield has seven years of clinical hospital experience with pediatrics and geriatrics so she is well-prepared for any situation. Children’s menus will be designed to meet food cravings and texture preferences for success and this is addressed in the program.

Can you eat out at local restaurants on the Eat to Lose program?
Yes, there is a restaurant section located in the Eat to Lose program. Andi Holyfield will guide and coach you on how to choose the correct foods when eating out. The menus allow enough flexibility to dine at any restaurant. This program will help you develop the confidence to choose the right foods in order to continue weight loss. Just ask the Dietitian for details and she will coach you on the correct choices for every type of restaurant.

What are your office hours?
By appointment only. Appointments are available every day of the week except Sunday to
accommodate your work schedule.

Will my insurance provider pay for the 6 week program?
Some insurance companies may reimburse your fees if you meet one of the following medical codes:

401.9 Hypertention high blood pressure
412 History of heart attack
V17.3 Family history of hyperlipidemia

Clients are to file with their insurance at the end of the 6 week program.
